Our microgreens are cultivated using sustainably sourced compostable materials and primarily organic seeds.
They are grown without soil, free from harmful chemicals, and do not require washing.

Chef’s Note: Live cups can be stored in the walk-in fridge for up to a week. While they will not continue to grow, they will remain fresh and ready to cut when you need them.
